Earning Accreditations

Accreditation is a long and tedious process but the validation for great processes and improvements made were worth the time and effort.

Program Director, Camp Director, & Commission celebrating our  first accreditation. We were also the first all female & all under 30 leadership team in our region.

Teamwork & Team Building

"Have a friend in every department" is the best advice I have been given. Knowing your team and understanding how to support each other is vital.

New Skills & Filling a Need

Learning new skills and taking on tasks that need attention. Our new organization needed someone to learn how to create official posters so I learned. 

Co-Founder of LAGO & Graduate Day of Scholarship Committee. A need for support for Liberal Arts Graduate students led to the creation of a student organization which included hosting an annual conference.

 Staff Training & Evaluation

Building a team includes training and relationship building.

Training was an opportunity for me to learn the needs of my staff and identify opportunities for support and growth.

Museum Studies Club Vice President

Creating community whenever possible was really important to me. We wanted opportunities to have fun together outside of class, connect with other student groups, and do some community service.
